Granoro Special Cuts are produced using the highest qualities of semolina chosen according to the content of proteins, the gluten index and the colour.
There is a wide range of special shapes, some of them are inspired by the Italian cooking traditions and are suitable for preparing typical regional dishes, such as Orecchiette, Strascinati, Cavatelli, Spaghetti alla Chitarra and Gnocchetti Sardi.
