Established in 1967, Granoro now produces high-quality pasta in more than 150 different shapes and a wide range of products associated with the most traditional and authentic of Italian dishes, such as basic sauces, ready-made pasta sauces, seasonings, rice, pulses and extra virgin olive oil.

In line with the company’s goal of structuring its processes correctly and guaranteeing consistent quality of the pasta and all of its products, Granoro has been awarded ICEA certification, which certifies the organic production method together with ISO 22005:2008, ISO 14001:2004, EMAS, BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000:2011, KOSHER, HALAL and OHSAS 18001:2007 certification.
The desire to produce high-quality Italian pasta is the underlying principle and “vocation” that has distinguished a lifetime’s work by Attilio and his family.
The Mastromauro family has made considerable investments in machinery and technology over the years to keep in line with the times and guarantee the quality and quantity of all of its products.
In 2009, on land adjacent to the original building, a free-standing automatic warehouse was constructed. Built by top international companies, Stöcklin for the automation and Lyto’s for construction of the metallic structures, the automated warehouse has a surface area of 4,300 m², 18,000 pallets and 4 automated forklifts of Swiss Stöcklin technology.
