We use fresh, Class A eggs that are shelled, pasteurised, untreated and unrefrigerated. They are produced by hens raised on a vegetarian diet in Italian poultry farms carefully selected by Granoro. Granoro egg pasta shapes are made from thin sheets of pasta, just like homemade egg pasta, which have very short cooking times. This prevents overcooking, as overcooked egg not only becomes more difficult to digest, it also loses its nutritional properties.
